MySmallHelp Nepal Appeal
I want to take a second out from work to talk about something personal to me.
Back in 2006 I had the privilege of meeting a wonderful lady called Leander who was taking some time out of work to volunteer at an orphanage in Nepal. She was so affected by what she saw out there that she founded the charity MySmallHelp with the belief that education and safety should be a right for all children.

I took the opportunity in 2007 to visit Nepal myself and see the wonderful work that was beginning through this charity, and if you have a look through the website you'll see how much good has been done.

I'm sure everyone is aware of the disaster that recently occurred in Nepal, and the devastation that has been left in this beautiful country. I've read some awful things about how the relief money may not be getting to where it's needed due to official and government corruption. While I cannot comment on that, it's something I don't know much about at all, I can guarantee that all monies raised through MySmallHelp will get to where it is intended to go, in Kathmandu and the surrounding areas.
I know this charity. I know the people who volunteer and dedicate their time and energy to it. I know the children that are being helped, and I know how much they need help right now.

Please, please, please, if you can: donate and share, and know that because this is a grassroots charity project, your donation WILL get to the grassroots and really make a difference.
You can donate throughout the year as well: the price of a pint of beer or a glass of wine a month can make a huge difference to a child's life in Nepal and Peru (where MySmallHelp also operates)
See the website for all details and more information on this wonderful charity.
And Thank You
Thank you so much Dani.. You are a beautiful shining light. You star!
